Fruit Forward Vodka Highball

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Nhậu Vodka

  • 20ml Apricot Syrup 

  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • Soda Water to top

Method:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

  • Add Nhậu Vodka, apricot syrup and lime juice

  • Shake briefly until chilled

  • Strain into an ice-filled highball glass

  • Top up with soda water, stir gently

  • Garnish with salted apricots
