SPICY TAMARIND SOUR|ME CHUA CAY

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Nhậu Vodka

  • 15ml Tamarind Paste

  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup 

  • 1 small Egg White (optional – for silky texture)

  • 1 dash Tabasco or 10ml Chili Liqueur

Method:

  • Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds*

  • Add ice, shake again hard until cold and frothy

  • Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a red chili 

*If not using egg white you do not need to dry shake
