SPICY TAMARIND SOUR|ME CHUA CAY
Ingredients:
50ml Nhậu Vodka
15ml Tamarind Paste
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 small Egg White (optional – for silky texture)
1 dash Tabasco or 10ml Chili Liqueur
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds*
Add ice, shake again hard until cold and frothy
Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Garnish with a lime wheel and a red chili
*If not using egg white you do not need to dry shake
