CAFFETINI|CÀ-PHÊ-TINI
Contemporary Vietnamese Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
45ml Nhậu Vodka
20ml Coffee Liqueur
30ml Freshly Brewed Espresso
10ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add Nhậu Vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup
Shake vigorously until ice-cold and frothy
Double strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass
Garnish with three coffee beans arranged in a triangle
